Customers should attend the store if they have a Ready for Collection email.
Please proceed directly to the Click and Collect Collection point which will be advertised at the front of the store.
Please queue at the designated points at the store and respect social distancing, keeping at least 2 metres from other shoppers.
Our free Click & Collect service will ensure your order is ready for you at your chosen store the same day, once the order is placed before 3pm. This is subject to store opening times, order volumes and time order is placed. We will hold your Click & Collect order for you at your chosen store for 2 days (from the date of order).
To place a Click & Collect order, select your store and add the items to your basket to complete your transaction. You will receive two emails.
Orders will be ready for collection the same day during store opening hours, once the order is placed before 3pm. When you are ready to collect, please bring your Ready for Collection email and ID to the store to get your order. This email can be printed or presented on a smartphone or tablet. Your order will be held and available for 2 days following the date of order. We cannot hold orders longer than this. Once this time expires your order will be cancelled.
Please do not travel or call to your chosen store until you have received an email from us containing a unique Order Number and barcode confirming that the relevant store has reserve the chosen item(s). You cannot collect your order before receiving this email. Before you travel to your local store, please ensure you have the following:
If you order a large or heavy item, please ensure you have the means to easily collect the item.
Where the price of any item(s) ordered through Click & Collect has decreased between order and collection time due to sale or promotion within the store, you will receive and benefit from any price reduction. In all other scenarios, you pay the price displayed at the time of order.
Will I be charged if my Click and Collect order was cancelled?
You should have received an email to confirm your order has been cancelled. There is no further action required by you and you will not be charged. On cancellation of your order, for any reason, the pre-authorisation hold on the card used for the order, will be released. It may take 5-10 working days for this process to be completed, depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please note, this delay is not on the part of Smyths Toys and is completely outside of our control. Once the pre-authorisation hold is released, the Smyths Toys transaction will disappear from your banking statement. This will not show up as a refund.
