You can now have your very own Yoshi friend with this Nintendo The Super Mario Galaxy Movie: Hatchin' Yoshi Interactive Toy! Interact with him for fun games, reactions and sounds. Gently pat his head or touch his nose to play with Yoshi. Have a conversation with Yoshi by pushing down on his shell, then speak to him and watch him talk back.

First, make sure to pull the egg out of the box with the tabs attached and remove them when you are ready to watch him hatch. Start by tapping the egg, knocking on it and rocking it back and forth. Once Yoshi is ready, you'll start to see the egg rock side to side on its own. Listen closely for any noises and watch as the egg cracks and Yoshi pops out. Peel apart the Yoshi egg pieces to remove Yoshi from his shell. Once he's out of his egg, you can save the bottom piece to display and play with Yoshi.
