Product Maintenance
Our waterwall is designed to allow weathering of the natural wood. This means that after wetting (by water or rain) the wood naturally absorbs water and expands, decreasing the size of the hole and the plastic accessories will still fit and the waterwall remain functional. Being a natural material, the hole size in the wood will change depending on its moisture. If the plastic parts are loose in the wall, we recommend that the waterwall is soaked with water and left to dry naturally. This action will decrease the hole size for the waterwall accessories.
