Puzzling challenges, strange creatures and powerful bosses await you in caves scattered across the planet. Time flows differently in these dark, dank depths, so descend and explore at your own pace, but be wary – the Onion can’t join you underground.

Fortunately, in certain caves, you’ll discover a variety of wild Pikmin who are happy to help. Traverse the treacherous caverns, grab treasure, and be on the lookout for stranded explorers. There are multiple levels to many caves, so check every nook and cranny.

If things aren’t going your way, head back to the surface and try again another day!

A bump in the night
Are you a seasoned planetary explorer looking for a challenge? Then test your mettle in night expeditions fraught with danger and more aggressive creatures! Your mission – defend structures containing glow sap, a precious substance that enemy critters are eager to get their paws on.

Newly discovered Glow Pikmin that have adapted to the darkness will be on hand to assist you. Use their combined strength to keep attacking creatures at bay until sunrise.

The art of efficiency
Is being organised your super power? Like to work at maximum efficiency? Put those skills to the test in Dandori battles – solo or against another player on the same console.

Command Pikmin and race against the clock to collect as many treasures and creatures within the time limit.

When playing against an opponent, race to pick up bonus finds for extra points and collect mystery capsules to rain down lightning or rocks on them. The most organised and efficient explorer wins!
