What should I do? Check the sticker on the car seat to see if yours is affected. Affected stock has an orange sticker with "ECE R129" at the top. Stock that has the code "2504LFC007996" at the bottom are not affected by this notice.

Note: Smyths Toys received a small number of reports that the seat/base connection may loosen if the nut was not fully tightened during assembly. Units assembled according to the instructions are not affected.
If the nut is not tightened correctly, the fastening screw can become damaged over time due to oscillation. This typically shows as noticeable instability or a ‘wobbling’/uneven rocking motion.
What should I do? After assembling your Joie Serina Swivel Baby Swing, take a moment to ensure the nut is fully tightened. If needed, re-tighten it as shown in Figure 5 of the instruction manual .
