Both eGift Cards and Physical Plastic Cards can be used to buy in store and/or online.

All GBP cards can be used in any UK store or on the UK website.

All EUR cards can be used in our Republic of Ireland stores or on the Irish (ROI) website.

Gift cards cannot be used as a payment method for items on pre-order, eGifts cards or electronic downloads.

Gift cards cannot be used as a payment method online for the purchase of Video Games with an age restriction of 16+ or 18+.

• When you get to the checkout, you will see an option to pay using Smyths gift card.

• You will then be asked to input your 16 digit gift card number and your 8 digit pin code.

• The pin code is on the back of a physical gift card, simply scratch to reveal it.

• The pin code is also included in the eGift card email.

• When you are happy with the details, click 'Add gift card' to use any available balance on your order.

Yes. You can use a maximum of 3 different Gift Cards to pay in one online order.

Our eGift Cards and Physical Gift Cards do not have an expiry date.
