Creating a peaceful bedtime routine takes time, don’t let the Clock Change stress you. Here are some tips to get your little one off to sleep:
1. Start their bedtime routine 15 minutes earlier a few weeks beforehand. When the Clock Changes, your baby will be ready and hopefully will sleep through. 2. The room should be dark enough at bedtime and in the morning, black out blinds can help. 3. Be consistent, don’t change your bedtime routine. 4. Be flexible, it can take a few days for them to adjust.
