COVID-19 Update: Home Delivery and Click & Collect Available
Home Delivery and Click & Collect services will be available throughout the lockdown period.
Home Delivery is Available.
Delivery in 1 - 3 working days.
Large bulky goods may take 3 - 6 working days for home delivery.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect orders will be processed as normal. Once you receive your Ready for Collection email, you can come to collect your order. We will hold your order for two days.
If you are unable to collect, you can have someone else collect on your behalf once they have your permission.
At all times, photo ID (of the person who placed the order) and the Ready for Collection email are required to collect your order.
Pre-Orders scheduled to release during the lockdown period will be released and available for collection on their due date.
If you are unable to collect your Pre-Order, you can have someone else collect on your behalf once they have your permission.
At all times, photo ID (of the person who placed the order) and the Ready for Collection email are required to collect your Pre-order placed online.
For Instore Pre-Orders, you will need a photo ID and your Till Receipt showing deposit paid. Please note, the remaining balance on In-store Pre-Orders must be paid via card payment only.
If you are unable to arrange collection of your Pre-Order during the lockdown period, we will hold your pre-order until close of business on Thursday 3rd December. If not collected by that stage, your pre-order will be cancelled. We would strongly advise that where possible you collect or arrange someone to collect your Pre-Order on the release date.
You do not need to contact us if you are unable to collect on that date.
