COVID-19 Update: Home Delivery and Click & Collect Available

Home Delivery and Click & Collect services will be available throughout the lockdown period.

Home Delivery

  • Home Delivery is Available.
  • Delivery in 1 - 3 working days.
  • Large bulky goods may take 3 - 6 working days for home delivery.

Click & Collect

  • Click & Collect orders will be processed as normal. Once you receive your Ready for Collection email, you can come to collect your order. We will hold your order for two days.
  • If you are unable to collect, you can have someone else collect on your behalf once they have your permission.
  • At all times, photo ID (of the person who placed the order) and the Ready for Collection email are required to collect your order.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-Orders scheduled to release during the lockdown period will be released and available for collection on their due date.
  • If you are unable to collect your Pre-Order, you can have someone else collect on your behalf once they have your permission.
  • At all times, photo ID (of the person who placed the order) and the Ready for Collection email are required to collect your Pre-order placed online.
  • For Instore Pre-Orders, you will need a photo ID and your Till Receipt showing deposit paid. Please note, the remaining balance on In-store Pre-Orders must be paid via card payment only.
  • If you are unable to arrange collection of your Pre-Order during the lockdown period, we will hold your pre-order until close of business on Thursday 3rd December. If not collected by that stage, your pre-order will be cancelled. We would strongly advise that where possible you collect or arrange someone to collect your Pre-Order on the release date.
  • You do not need to contact us if you are unable to collect on that date.
