How much will my shipping costs be?
Free Shipping applies to all orders over £40 excluding orders with large bulky items. Large bulky items are typically products that weight over 30kg. Should free shipping not apply to your order you will see the shipping cost displayed when you click ‘Add to Basket’
Standard Shipping Charges if order is under £40:
Great Britain shipping charge: £4.99
Northern Ireland shipping charge: £5.99
Shipping Charges for Large Bulky Items:
Depending on the size and weight of these items, shipping charges vary from £4.99 to £49.99. This applies to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Mainland UK Orders (exclu highlands &islands)
For Great Britain customers, all orders placed before 5pm will be delivered the next working day, excluding orders placed on the weekend and on public holidays. Working Days are Monday to Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be out for delivery the following Tuesday. Please note this excludes orders with large bulky items and weekend delivery. Large bulky items are typically products that weigh over 30kg. However some items may be classed as large or bulky items even if they weigh less than 30kg due to the products dimensions. Orders with large bulky items are delivered within 3 - 5 working days - the courier should ring you in advance of the delivery to arrange a suitable date and time.
You will receive a text message and email the evening before delivery.
Northern Ireland Orders
For Northern Ireland customers, all orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within 2-3 working Days. Working Days are Monday to Friday. Please note this excludes orders with large bulky items and weekend delivery. Large bulky items are typically products that weigh over 30kg. However some items may be classed as large or bulky items even if they weigh less than 30kg due to the products dimensions. Orders with large bulky items are delivered within 4 – 5 working days.
Highlands & islands Orders
For highlands and islands customers, all orders placed before 5pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Working Days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend should be out for delivery the following Wednesday.

What is an On Shelf Promise?
Never have a wasted journey with our On Shelf Promise - our promise that a product will be available on the shelf in a chosen store! The On Shelf Promise is available on selected items in stores where stock levels permit. When you click into the selected item, and then choose the store from the drop down list, a tab will appear with the link for the in stock guarantee. A copy will be sent to your email immediately and you can either print this out or produce the email on your phone in store. If this tab does not show on the item then unfortunately the guarantee will not be available for that item.
The On Shelf Promise does not put this item aside for you specifically, it is just a guarantee that the item you have selected will be available on the shelf in the store selected when you visit before the end of the next working day. It does not apply to assorted lines as we cannot guarantee the availability of particular colours, models, sizes etc.
In the unlikely event that this item is not available to purchase then you will receive a £7 Gift Voucher.
