1. No purchase Necessary.
2. The prize is 1 x Dora the Explorer My Talking Backpack, 1 x Folding Dora Chair and 1 x Suds and Style Dora. There is one set of prizes to be won.
3. The closing date is 31/08/2010.
4. This competition is open to all ROI and UK residents, except of employees of Smyths Toys or Nickelodeon or anyone directly connected with the administration of this competition.
5. If under the age of 18 you must have a parent or guardians permission to enter and they must read these terms and conditions.
6. Entry instructions form part of the rules. Entry assumes agreement to be bound by the rules.
7. The winning entry will be drawn at random within a week of the closing date from all correct entries received.
8. Winners will be notified by telephone within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days an alternative winner will be chosen.
9. Prizes are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.
10. Entrants accept that if they win, Smyths Toys will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their abbreviated name and county address for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition.
11. Smyths Toys and/or Nickelodeon shall not be liable to the entrants for any loss or damage howsoever caused (whether in contract, tort or statutory duty or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with this competition and/or prize other than death or personal injury caused by negligence of Smyths Toys and/or Nickelodeon and/or Smyths Toys and/or Nickelodeon’s agents, employees, personnel and/or deceit or fraud by any of the foregoing parties.
