Print out your ‘Reserve and Collect’ voucher and bring it to your chosen store.

Your chosen item will be available on the shelf if you visit the store anytime today or tomorrow.

If the stock is not on the shelf, please contact a member of the store staff who will be happy to locate your product.

Receive a £7 Gift Voucher if for any reason the item is not available to purchase.

Important:

To redeem your £7 voucher, please present your printed ‘Reserve and Collect’ Guarantee at your chosen Smyths Store.

We will not hold stock specifically for you. We expect it to be available on the shelf when you visit before the end of the next working day.

If you do not visit the chosen store to collect the products by the close of business on the date specified on your Reserve and Collect Guarantee, the voucher expires and is no longer valid.

Remember, in the event that we are unable to locate the product, you must produce your email ‘Reserve and Collect’ Guarantee to claim your gift voucher.

Certain products are available in assorted colours or characters. We cannot guarantee that your preferred colour or character within such assorted products will be available. In such instances our Reserve and Collect voucher does not apply.
