Our ‘In Stock Guarantee’ means you to receive an online guarantee that your product will be on our shelf in store when you visit any time today or tomorrow.
Receive a £7 Voucher if for any reason the guaranteed item is not available to purchase.

Important: To redeem your voucher always bring a print-out of your In-Stock Guarantee for presentation to your local Smyth's store.

Browse our website to find out what toys or games are in stock at your local store. Receive our guarantee (where stock levels permit) that the stock will be available, on shelf, for pick up anytime today or tomorrow.

We will not hold the stock specifically for you. We expect it to be available on the shelf when you visit before the end of the next working day.

We are committed to meeting our guarantee, if you visit the store to purchase the product before the end of the next working day. If you do not visit the store to collect the products by the close of business on the date printed on your guarantee, the guarantee expires and is no longer valid.

We will send our guarantee to your email address - you must print this guarantee and bring it to your chosen store. If the stock is not on the shelf when you visit our store please present your guarantee to our Customer Service Desk, who will be happy to help you to locate your product.

If our Customer Service Representative is unable to find your product, you will be presented with a gift voucher to the value of £7 on presentation of a valid copy of the email guarantee.

Remember, in the event that we are unable to locate the product, you must produce your email guarantee to claim your gift voucher.

Receiving our guarantee is simple, just

• Select your local store
• Browse our website for the items you your are interested in. You can browse by using the product name or catalogue ref number.
• Check stock status to see if our guarantee is available
• Select ‘receive guarantee’
• You can add more items to your guarantee if you wish.

Terms and conditions

Our guarantee is only valid if:
- you visit the store named on the email guarantee
- before the close of business on the date printed on the email guarantee
- your item(s) are not available on the shelf and
- our customer service representative is unable to present you with the items listed on your guarantee

The guarantee is only valid for the store name printed on the email guarantee.

The 'In Stock Guarantee' may not be available for every item.

Certain products are available in assorted colours or characters. We cannot guarantee that your preferred colour or character within such assorted products will be available. In such instances our in stock guarantee does not apply.
