How do I order a Home Delivery Item online?
Please note only a selection of our products are available for online purchase and home delivery.
Any item on the Smyths Toys site marked "Home Delivery" can be purchased online using a credit card. Just select an item you wish to buy, view item in shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Fill in your Shipping & Billing Infromation and proceed to Order Review & Payment. Please remember to include a day-time contact number.
When you "submit" your order, you will receive an Email Confirmation to acknowledge that the order has been received.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide across the UK including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges to the Mainland UK are as follows:
Up to 30 kgs: £4.25
30 - 100 kgs: £14.99
More than 100 kgs: £14.99
Delivery charges to Northern Ireland are as follows:
Up to 30 kgs: £5.99
30 - 100 kgs: £21.99
More than 100 kgs: £25.49
How long will a delivery typically take to arrive?
Usually within 4 - 7 working days.
How do I know when the delivery will arrive?
In mainland UK, you will receive a telephone call, text or an email before delivery to confirm the approximate time of delivery
In Northern Ireland, for items ordered that weigh in excess of 30kgs, yo will receive a telephone call, text or an email before delivery to confirm the approximate time of delivery. No notification will be provided for orders weighing less than 30kgs.
Do you deliver to my neighbour if I am unavailable at the pre-arranged pick-up time?
Typically we do not deliver to neighbours unless this has been specified by the customer before hand.
