ONLINE STORE DELIVERY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs) How do I Order a Home Delivery Item Online?
Any item on the Smyths Toys site marked "Home Delivery" can be purchased online using a credit card. Just select an item you wish to buy, view item in shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Fill in your Shipping & Billing Infromation and proceed to Order Review & Payment. Please remember to include a day-time contact number.

When you "submit" your order, you will receive an Email Confirmation to acknowledge that the order has been received


Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Nationwide across the UK including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

We do not deliver to Channel Islands or Isle of Man.


How much does delivery cost?
In mainland United Kingdom (England, Wales & Scotland) Standard Shipping is £4.25.

Shipping for large & bulky items is £14.99.

Shipping charge in Northern Ireland is £14.99.


How long will a delivery typically take to arrive?

Usually within 2-6 Working Days in England, Wales and Scotland. Some remote locations may take longer. Northern Ireland customers should allow 10 working days.	Standard Delivery

How do I know when the delivery will arrive?
You will receive a telephone call the day before delivery to confirm the approximate time of delivery. You will also recieve a telephone call when the delivery is in transit, i.e. on the actual day of the delivery.


Do you deliver to my neighbour if I am unavailable at the pre-arranged pick-up time?
Typically we do not deliver to neighbours unless this has been specified by the customer before hand.
