How do I order a Home Delivery Item online?
Any item on the Smyths Toys site marked "Buy Online" can be purchased online using a credit card. Just select an item you wish to buy, view item in shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. Fill in your Shipping & Billing Infromation and proceed to Order Review & Payment. Please ensure to include a MOBILE NUMBER as you will be sent a text in regards to delivery information.
When you "submit" your order, you will receive an Email Confirmation to acknowledge that the order has been received.
Please Note: Some larger items may be delivered in original packaging which may display the product on the outside of the box.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide across the Mainland UK including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
How much does delivery cost?
There is FREE HOME DELIVERY on all orders over £39 excluding large bulky items.
The delivery charge for items under £39 is £4.99. For a selected number of large bulky items there is a higher charge for home delivery. Depending on the size and weight of these items, home delivery is up to a maximum of £24.99.
How long will a delivery typically take to arrive?
Mainland UK
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm qualify for Next Day Delivery as standard. Please note this excludes large bulky items. Bulky items will be delivered within 1 - 3 working days.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday do not qualify for Next Day Delivery.
While we strive to meet these delivery deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may occur from time to time which may result in your order been delayed.
Northern Ireland
Orders for Northern Ireland are ususally delivered within 2 - 6 working days.

How do I know when the delivery will arrive?
In mainland UK, you will receive a text message before delivery to confirm the approximate time of delivery.
In Northern Ireland, no notification will be provided for orders.
Do you deliver to my neighbour if I am unavailable at the pre-arranged pick-up time?
Yes we may deliver to neighbours or we will leave a calling card advising that we called and tried to deliver your order.
