1. Unfortunately, Customers Services are unable to advise on queries in relation to stock availability. For all such queries please see our website for the most up to date information or see in store.

3. To ensure that we are able provide you with a resolution as soon as possible we require the following information where applicable: Online Order Reference Number or Catalogue Reference Number; Smyths store you visited and/or our contact number.
4. Customer Services will endeavour to respond to all email queries within 3 working days.
To resolve your query as quickly as possible, we have displayed some of our most frequently asked questions below
Our Reserve & Collect:
1. If you are unable reserve the item of your choice, this may be because there is no stock or low stock, in which case we cannot guarantee availability for that item.
2. This is an on shelf guarantee, the items are not held aside in store for you.
3. We expect that your reserved items are available on the shelf for your collection.
4. You must bring out the reservation print out email, your reservation number is not sufficient.

Out of Stock/Low Stock Items:
1. Please check the website for stock availability in your local store as we receive deliveries on a daily basis.
2. If the item you are searching for is not displayed on the website, unfortunately this could indicate it is no longer available.
Our Delivery Service:
1. We deliver to customers within the Mainland UK and Northern Ireland
2. We deliver to customers within the Republic of Ireland
3. Only items with the ‘Buy Online’ icon beside them are available to purchase online.
4. Your delivery will dispatched to you within 2 – 6 working days. You will be contacted directly by our courier company.
5. Please check your email for delivery updates and email us if you have a query.
6. If you have a query, please quote your WSU number and if necessary the next date for delivery that is of convenience to you.
7. Smyths Customer Services or Smyth’s stores are unable to accept payment over the phone for security reasons.
